Introduction of the Saint Lucia Electronic Entry Form

(Saint Lucia Immigration Department)- Please be advised that the paper-based Saint Lucia E/D Card will soon be replaced by an online Entry Form. The online form will require the same information as the paper-based form however it will also include health section (replacing the current Health Screening Questionnaire).

In the first instance, the new form will be rolled out for air arrivals only.

Travelers can access the form to complete and submit their information at any time prior to arrival in Saint Lucia. Like the existing paper version, the form must be completed before the arriving passenger presents themselves to officials on the ground in Saint Lucia, and there is no time limit on early submission.

Ideally, travelers will complete the form prior to departure, however, opportunities for travelers to submit their forms include at the departure airport including in the departure lounge, onboard if onboard Wi-Fi is available, at the airport in Saint Lucia using data or the free Wi-Fi that is available at both airports and/or with the assistance of SLASPA customer service representatives using devices that will be made available at the ports. Forms can also be easily accessed and modified after submission.

The process is as follows:
1. Visit stlucia.org/
2. Complete and submit the form
3. Receive a QR code by email
4. Present QR code (on a device such as a phone, laptop, tablet etc. or a printed copy) and travel document (passport) to officials on arrival.
