Waitress Job requirements: 

  • Must be able to work late / flexible hours 
  • Must live within Castries to Marigot
  • Must have at least 3 year experience in hospitality/ service industry (restaurant / bar) Must have 2 personal references and 1 professional reference

Bartender (male and female are welcomed to apply for position) Job Requirements:  

  • Must be able to work late / flexible hours –Must live within Castries to Marigot Must have at least 2 years bartending experience
  • Bartender certificates will be an added bonus
  • Must be within the ages of 25 to 35 Key attributions:
  • Must work well with others
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be friendly, outgoing and energetic 

Qualifications 

Education 

High school graduate or equivalent. 

Experience 

Prior experience in a professional Food & Beverage

Experienced Chef & cooks required 

Candidate Profile:

  • Someone with passion to cook with fresh quality ingredients. 
  • Has significant exposure to a variety of different commercial kitchens 

Desired Experience:

  • Work with small team of 3-4 local chefs. 
  • To ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety for all staff and customers.
  • To ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard
  • Significant experience of working in a commercial kitchen.
  • Up to date knowledge of local food trends and culinary techniques.
  • Stock checking and making sure all food is labelled.

  • Create a sense of welcome and personalized service excellence for our guests 
  • Display an active presence in our dining rooms and public areas, interacting with guests and  colleagues 
  • Effectively manage the systems in place to deliver superior service 
  • Monitor resources, ensuring the tools are available to deliver services that meet and exceed  guest expectations 
  • Ensure appropriate performance management of colleagues in accordance with Doolittle’s standards, policies and procedures 
  • Seek out new ways to enhance service and increase profits through effective and innovative  promotions and marketing opportunities 
  • Maintain a constructive, harmonious and communicative working relationship with all  supporting departments 
  • Champion the ongoing professional development, and work satisfaction of all colleagues Ensure financial reporting is maintained and accurate 
  • Monitor and manage Labour costs and expenses daily, with a focus on meeting and  improving financial targets 
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, consistently promoting colleague health and  safety 
  • Promote and develop a culture of environmental awareness and responsibility Ensure that the outlet maintains a first class, positive visual impact including ambience,  cleanliness, decor and service flow 
  • Set a positive example for Food & Beverage colleagues through exemplary dress, grooming  and self-discipline and monitor colleague performance in these areas
